Who We Are
Brian A Dasinger was born and raised in Alabama, in the town of Brewton. He attended T.R. Miller High School and lettered in both football and golf. He graduated in 1991 and attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery on a golf scholarship. He became a four-year letterman and part of two National Championship golf teams. After he graduated in 1995 with a degree in history, he pursued his dream of playing professional golf before attending Jones Law School in 1998.
While attending law school in Montgomery, Brian was a law clerk for one of the most prestigious and well-known law firms in the South, Beasley, Allen, Methvin, Portis and Miles, PC. While there, he gained a vast amount of knowledge in the area of personal injury and civil law. When Brian graduated and passed the Alabama Bar Exam in September of 2001, he immediately joined the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted every crime imaginable and gained a great deal of experience in the area of criminal law.
In 2003, Brian left the District Attorney's Office to accept a job with the well-known and respected law firm of Hoiles, Dasinger and Hollon, PC in Robertsdale, Alabama. While there he was able to acquire a great foundation in the area of Domestic Relations from legendary Divorce attorney Sharon Hoiles.
In January of 2005, Brian felt it was time to finally branch out on his own and he opened The Law Offices of Brian A. Dasinger. First located in Daphne, the law firm relocated to Fairhope in 2009 and it has quickly become one of the most well-known and respected law firms in South Alabama. Although business has continued to grow every year since its inception, Brian A. Dasinger has kept that personal touch and genuine care for his clients that have often ended in developing long lasting friendships.
Brian currently lives in Fairhope with his wife, Amanda and their six children, Jameson, Abigail, Grant, Luke, Vivi, and Clara Nell. Brian is an active member of 3 Circle Church in Fairhope and believes in living his life every day for the glory of his lord and savior Jesus Christ.
